This Registry is maintained by Internal Affairs and updated whenever:

• A new blacklist is issued
• A scheduled 12-month review is completed
• An appeal results in a reclassification or lifting
• A successor group or circumvention attempt is added to an existing entry

Historical entries (lifted blacklists) remain visible for transparency and are not removed from the Registry.
