1. Crash Script
Allegations
- Deliberate implementation of a crash script designed to force-crash a player's Roblox client
- Targeted use of this script against specific Alex Tech members: Alexkist (CEO), Josh Slayer (COO), and Zaid (Head of Development)
- Violation of Roblox Terms of Service
Summary of Events
Between September 30 and October 30, 2025, Alexkist (CEO) and Josh Slayer (COO) repeatedly experienced client crashes whenever they attempted to join the NekosmO Corp. Roleplay site. Upon inquiry, Franio (CEO of NekosmO Studios) repeatedly assured them the issue was caused by the game's anti-cheat system and that the team was working to resolve it.
Around October 30, 2025, a ticket was submitted in the Alex Tech main Discord server by a user named Lisa/Lotta - a former Alex Tech Staff Helper who had left due to inactivity. She reported that a friend had obtained a copy of the NekosmO Corp. Roleplay site and discovered multiple LocalScripts named "CrashTarget". These scripts were found to generate an excessive number of parts targeting specific users, causing their Roblox clients to crash.
The case was escalated to the Internal Affairs Department, which was provided with partial excerpts of the script code as evidence.

Outcome
On October 30, 2025, the Internal Affairs Department issued an initial blacklist preventing any NekosmO staff member from pursuing a role within Alex Tech. This blacklist was conditionally lifted following a public apology and acknowledgment from NekosmO that the script existed.
Note: The apology and admission can no longer be located. It is believed the message was deleted. No archived copy is available.
2. Loading Screen Manipulation
Allegations
- Deliberate obstruction of in-game mechanics through a manipulated loading screen
- Targeted exposure of this obstruction specifically against Alex Tech members
Summary of Events
At an undetermined date after the Crash Script incident, Alexkist and Josh Slayer found themselves unable to use the Skip button on the loading screen of the NekosmO Corp. Roleplay site. They were forced to wait 5-6 minutes before the loading screen would complete.
An internal investigation and a subsequent script leak confirmed that Alexkist and Josh Slayer had been intentionally excluded from the skip functionality by name.
Evidence:
Outcome
After internal clarification with NekosmO management, the issue was addressed and the obstruction was removed.
3. Mishandling of Sensitive Personal Information
Allegations
- Sharing of sensitive personal information without consent
- Violation of Discord Terms of Service
- Harassment
Summary of Events
On March 5, 2026, classic_player_rbx (Lead of Administration at NekosmO Studios) contacted Alex Tech. He stated that during a private call he had streamed to NekosmO management, finnchen123987 (Management Director) took screenshots of that stream. These screenshots captured his ChatGPT history and, critically, his real full name.
This screenshot was then shared with benfi73zy (Co-Founder of NekosmO Studios), who asked classic_player_rbx whether the name in the screenshot was his real name, and additionally attempted to find more information about him via Google. According to classic_player_rbx, this caused him extreme discomfort and made him feel unsafe in the NekosmO environment.
Following his report, classic_player_rbx was terminated from his position as Lead of Administration - a decision we find highly inappropriate given the circumstances.

Assessment
While Alex Tech acknowledges benfi73zy's argument that classic_player_rbx shared sensitive content in a stream of his own accord, this does not excuse the following conduct:
- finnchen123987 taking and distributing screenshots of private stream content containing personal information
- benfi73zy actively attempting to identify and research classic_player_rbx via Google
These actions constitute a serious violation of personal privacy and are in no way considered self-inflicted. classic_player_rbx was advised to contact law enforcement if the situation escalated further.
Escalation - Threats of Violence
Following the initial report and questioning of benfi73zy, the following statements were made by NekosmO leadership:
- franio (_ _ franio _ _): "we are going to skin you alive"
- benfi73zy: Responded with "Exactly" to the above statement
- loliamacurd (Assistant Management Director): "imma go skin alexkist alive"

Following these threats, classic_player_rbx was dismissed from his position.
4. Behavior Against Smaller Sci-Fi Communities
Allegations
- Harassment of a smaller community
Summary of Events
On September 27, 2025, benfi73zy threatened to blacklist a small Sci-Fi community called Fusion.INC Research Complex. As the owner of that community is a personal friend of Alexkist, the Internal Affairs Department was tasked with issuing a blacklist against NekosmO in response.
Following the publication of that blacklist document, extensive negotiations took place. NekosmO subsequently issued an apology to both Alex Tech and the Fusion.INC Research Complex, acknowledging their conduct was inappropriate.
5. Internal Affairs System Failures
Allegations
- Biased handling of tickets and appeals
- Full control over all tickets exercised by the CEO and Co-Founder
Summary of Events
On October 31, 2025, Lisa/Lotta reported that her unban appeal had been handled in an unfair and biased manner. She had been explicitly assured that benfi73zy - the person who originally banned her - would not be involved in reviewing her appeal. However, after approximately half an hour of discussion, benfi73zy made the final decision to deny her appeal and closed the ticket without possibility of further appeal.
The full ticket transcript is referenced in the original document. All staff names except Lisa/Lotta's were redacted, purportedly to protect the identities of those involved.

6. Plagiarism
Allegations
- Theft of development work, including architectural designs, 3D models, UI elements, and game systems
Summary of Events
During a period when the Alex Tech Internal Affairs Department was not fully operational (approximately 1-10 years ago), NekosmO allegedly copied architectural designs and assets belonging to Alex Tech Incorporated. Due to the amount of time that has passed, no evidence could be recovered.
Additionally, NekosmO is alleged to have stolen a button model from Nova Array, another Sci-Fi community. Supporting evidence for this specific allegation is available.

8. Official ATIAD Statements
On the Crash Script
We do not condone in any form the use of scripts designed to crash a player's Roblox client. Following the publication of this document, a formal report will be submitted to Roblox to initiate further action. While this specific issue has since been resolved, it cannot be overlooked given the full scope of incidents documented herein. We are committed to pursuing all available measures.
On Mishandling of Sensitive Personal Information
The Internal Affairs Department views this conduct as deeply troubling, particularly given that minors may be active in the NekosmO community. The possibility that personal information could be captured in a screenshot, shared without consent, and go unpunished is unacceptable. Statements threatening to skin someone alive are absolutely reprehensible. We consider this an acute risk of harassment and bullying within NekosmO Studios, and these concerns will be formally communicated to Discord Support.
On Behavior Against Smaller Communities
As previously stated in our dedicated report on this matter, we find NekosmO's conduct toward smaller communities to be entirely unacceptable - particularly given their subsequent attempt to position themselves as victims.
On Internal Affairs System Failures
We firmly believe that an Internal Affairs department can only function with integrity through strict separation from senior management. Alexkist and Josh Slayer uphold this principle - appeals must be handled as impartially as possible to ensure absolute fairness for all parties involved.
9. Blacklist Decision
PARTIAL BLACKLIST - ACTIVE
A Partial Blacklist is hereby issued against all NekosmO Studios staff members and above. This blacklist takes immediate effect. No individual holding a staff position or higher at NekosmO Studios is permitted to hold a role or pursue a position within Alex Tech Incorporated.
Appeal: This decision may be appealed after 4 months by an authorized representative of NekosmO Studios, provided the community can demonstrate measurable improvement in conduct.
Safety Warning
We issue a strict warning to all minors: we strongly advise against remaining active in the NekosmO Studios community. Based on documented incidents, there is a credible risk that even minor infractions could result in doxxing or targeted harassment.
