2. DDoS Attempt Against ATIAD Infrastructure
Summary of Events
On March 28, 2026, a DDoS attempt was directed against the Alex Tech Internal Affairs website. The attempt has been attributed to classic_player_rbx through Technified's server logs. Technified retains logs for up to 3 months, and since classic_player_rbx is a registered Technified user, his data was present in the system. A review of the logs at the time of the attack allowed ATIAD to trace the attack back to classic_player_rbx.
Evidence Note
The full log evidence will not be made publicly available as it contains personally identifiable information. Withholding this information is a deliberate decision made to protect the privacy of all parties involved, in line with ATIAD's data handling standards. The logs have been reviewed internally and are retained for the duration permitted under Technified's data retention policy.
3. Repeated Ban Evasion
Summary of Events
On March 18, 2026, classic_player_rbx attempted to re-enter the Alex Tech main Discord server using an alternative account. The account was identified and banned immediately upon discovery.
On March 27, 2026, classic_player_rbx made a second attempt using a different alternative account. This account was also identified and banned immediately.
Two confirmed ban evasion attempts within nine days of each other demonstrate a clear and deliberate refusal to respect the decision made by Alex Tech management. This is not an oversight or a misunderstanding. It is a repeated, intentional action.

4. Coordinated Harassment via Associated Individual
Summary of Events
On March 28, 2026 at approximately 00:00, an individual with a confirmed Roblox friendship connection to classic_player_rbx joined the Alex Tech Discord server and proceeded to spam racial slurs, specifically the N-word, in public channels.
The timing of this incident, occurring on the same day as the DDoS attempt and combined with the verified Roblox friendship between this individual and classic_player_rbx, strongly suggests this was a coordinated act of harassment rather than a coincidence. The individual in question has been permanently banned from the Alex Tech Discord server.

5. Roblox Avatar - Jeffrey Epstein
Summary of Events
During the investigation into the individual described in Section 4, classic_player_rbx's Roblox profile was reviewed to confirm the Roblox friendship connection. In the course of this review, classic_player_rbx's Roblox avatar was identified as styled after Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender.
Given that Alex Tech is a community that includes minors, ATIAD considers the deliberate use of this avatar to be deeply inappropriate. This is considered an additional contributing factor in the decision to issue a permanent, non-appealable blacklist. It is not the sole reason for this decision, but it reinforces the broader pattern of conduct documented in this report.

6. Summary of Incidents
The following incidents have been formally acknowledged by the Alex Tech Internal Affairs Department:
- DDoS attempt against ATIAD infrastructure on March 28, 2026.
- Ban evasion via alternative account on March 18, 2026.
- Ban evasion via a second alternative account on March 27, 2026.
- Coordinated racial harassment carried out by an associated individual on March 28, 2026.
- Use of a Jeffrey Epstein Roblox avatar in a community that includes minors.
Each of these incidents, taken individually, would warrant serious disciplinary action. Taken together, and spread across a period of nearly three weeks following the enforcement of a legitimate blacklist decision, they represent a sustained and deliberate pattern of hostility directed at Alex Tech Incorporated.
7. NekosmO Blacklist Extension
As a direct result of the escalated conduct described in this document, the existing partial blacklist against NekosmO Studios is hereby extended by 4 additional months. The earliest possible appeal date is now November 6, 2026.
This extension is based on two factors. First, classic_player_rbx is an active and senior representative of NekosmO Studios, holding the position of Lead of Administration. His actions following the blacklist cannot be viewed in isolation from his role within the organization. Second, given his position, it cannot be ruled out that the conduct documented in this report was carried out with the knowledge or involvement of NekosmO leadership rather than as a purely personal decision. Until NekosmO can demonstrate meaningful improvement in conduct and accountability, the extended blacklist remains appropriate.
Any further escalation may result in the NekosmO blacklist being made permanent.
8. Blacklist Decision
PERMANENT INDIVIDUAL BLACKLIST - ACTIVE
A Permanent Individual Blacklist is hereby issued against classic_player_rbx. This blacklist takes immediate effect and applies across all Alex Tech Incorporated platforms, including but not limited to the Alex Tech Discord server and all associated Roblox experiences.
This blacklist is not eligible for appeal under any circumstances.
The decision is based on the cumulative conduct documented in this report. A DDoS attempt against ATIAD infrastructure, two separate ban evasion attempts, coordinated racial harassment through an associated individual, and the use of a Jeffrey Epstein avatar in a community that includes minors collectively demonstrate that classic_player_rbx has no intention of accepting or respecting Alex Tech's decisions. A permanent blacklist is the appropriate and necessary response.
Any attempt by classic_player_rbx to re-enter Alex Tech platforms via alternative accounts will result in immediate removal.
