Governs how Alex Tech protects minors from exploitation, condo content, and predatory behaviour across all platforms.
Child Safety Act
Alex Tech Internal Affairs Department
Public Policy · Last updated May 25, 2026
Overview
This Act establishes Alex Tech's framework for child safety. It defines prohibited content and behaviour, the enforcement process, and the obligations of Internal Affairs to report severe violations to Roblox and competent external authorities. It applies to all Alex Tech Discord servers, Roblox games, and affiliated platforms.
Child safety is treated as the highest enforcement priority. Violations under this Act override all other policy considerations.

Principles
Alex Tech maintains a zero-tolerance stance on the sexual exploitation of minors and on content that normalises, facilitates, or simulates it. There is no legitimate context in which condo content, CSAM, or grooming behaviour is acceptable within Alex Tech platforms.
Alex Tech commits to:

Reporting

Evidence Handling
Evidence in Child Safety cases is treated with heightened care:
- CSAM is never stored, forwarded, or screenshotted by Internal Affairs members
